Eagle-Vail
This
is a heavily favored family community because of the proximity of schools,
golf, tennis and swim facilities. Located only three minutes from the
base of Beaver Creek and ten minutes from Vail, Eagle-Vail enjoys convenient
access to both resorts.A new half diamond interchange at I-70 will make
this area even more accessible in the coming months.
Avon
Nottingham
Lake serves as a picturesque focal point for this community, acting as
a backdrop for many special events hosted by the Town of Avon. The new
Village at Avon development is creating a resurgence of activity in Avon.
The area previously occupied by the Stolport will have renewed purpose
as 2,400 homes, a cultural and recreation center, a new school and more
than 500 acres of open space and parks are created. Home Depot and Super
Wal-Mart big box stores will open in the summer and fall of 2003, bringing
some big city conveniences to our small Valley.

Beaver Creek
Old

Arrowhead
Arrowhead
