Welcome to Park Shore
Now recognized as a Naples icon, Park Shore was one of Florida’s first master-planned communities, thoughtfully designed with a forward-looking approach to both lifestyle and environmental stewardship. Originally envisioned by Raymond L. Lutgert in the 1960s, the community set a new standard for coastal living, blending innovative planning, waterfront beauty, and timeless architectural influence that continues to define the neighborhood today.

About Park Shore
Raymond L. Lutgert recognized the potential of 760 acres of undeveloped land and brought together a team of planners, architects, and engineers to create a cohesive and forward-thinking community. Development began in 1970 and continued through the early 1980s, introducing notable residences like Colony Gardens and Horizon House, which set a new benchmark for luxury living at the time. Among the most iconic features of Park Shore are the Venetian Villas, inspired by the charm of Venice, Italy, and positioned directly along the water, offering some of the most photographed views in Naples. The later addition of the Village on Venetian Bay introduced a curated mix of waterfront boutiques and dining, further enhancing the area’s appeal.
Park Shore’s distinctive, winding layout creates a striking visual identity, blending established homes with newer construction to maintain a sense of character while evolving with modern luxury standards. The neighborhood’s Gulf-front setting, paired with the scenic Venetian Bay, offers residents a true waterfront lifestyle, complete with access to private beach parks, open green spaces, and a picturesque pathway along the shoreline. Ideally situated between the Moorings and Pelican Bay, Park Shore also provides convenient access to major roadways and is just minutes from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of downtown Naples, making it one of the most desirable locations in Southwest Florida.
